Launch from Applications (Mac) or Start Menu (Windows). Sign in with your account.

Follow these exact steps — takes about 2 minutes.
Click the hamburger menu (three lines, top-left) → click Settings. On Mac, you can also go to Claude menu → Settings.
You'll see a list of available connectors. Look for the Google section — it includes Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive as separate items.
A Google sign-in window will pop up. Select your Google account and click Allow. You'll see a green checkmark when it's connected.
Same process — click Connect, authorize, done. Each one takes about 15 seconds. You can connect all three to the same Google account.
Type: "Search my Gmail for any unread client emails from this week." Claude will ask permission the first time — click Allow. That's it.
